Adult Ballet
Adult Ballet is great for people who enjoy alternative dance and fitness classes and techniques. Ballet has many benefits for everyone including; improving posture and flexibility and encouraging weight loss. It also challenges and stimulates both the body and the mind. There are many different aspects to a Ballet class including Barre exercises, floor work, centre exercise and corner work so the classes are always varied and interesting.

Adult Jazz
Jazz is a fantastic class for those who have danced before and wish to get back into it. The style is a great mix of jazz, pop and commercial dancing. You’ll feel like your dancing in a pop video or on the West End! This class is good for strengthening, flexibility and stamina.
